Atif is known for his ability to translate design into bankable, executable developments. He has led the planning and delivery of complex residential and mixed-use projects across Ontario, with particular strength in navigating approvals, CMHC financing frameworks, and high-performance housing
requirements.

His work spans both market and affordable housing, where he is recognized for

Luigi Ferrara is an internationally recognized architect, strategist, and former Dean of the George Brown College, with decades of experience leading innovation at the intersection of architecture, urbanism, technology, and systems thinking.
